Madness

So it's been a while. Here are some pics from our "Monday Madness" at Main Event. For just $20 from 4pm-2am on Mondays, you get unlimited bowling, billiards and laser tag, and you get a $10 game card for the arcade type games. So fun and so worth the money!

Cuttin a rug to some fun 80s music!

Love Air Hockey!

Not the best side of us, but fun game!

R thought she was really playing!

A nice police man gave R this balloon.

Can't Beat Free!

Last week I asked a question on facebook that I only halfway expected anyone to respond to.

I wanted to know if anyone had a double stroller they were looking to donate or sell. Literally, within minutes of posting, I had a friend offering hers to me! What a blessing!

One major plus is that this Saturday is J's work picnic at the park. I was trying to figure out how I was going to wrangle the kids while J played kickball and whatever other fun thing his coworkers have planned. What a perfect solution at the perfect time! Coincidence, you ask? I wouldn't say so. The Lord knew my need and He totally provided! God is so faithful!

We went and picked it up last night and this afternoon I gave it a bath. literally. I also washed the seats in the washer and wiped the rest of it down.

Bekah kept wanting to take a bath too!

This part is the underneath basket thingy.

Afterwards, Rebekah couldn't wait to sit in it!

Of course, I put them both in it, just to check it out. And they love it!

You just can't beat free!

Aint too proud...

to shop at Goodwill!

Seriously.

Here are my finds from last Friday afternoon!

Bronze purse. I've been wanting one of these for a while now. I came across this by accident, and I paid more than I wanted to. But $4 is not really too bad, considering the shape it's in.

Pretty green vase. I just like it. I paid: $1.

Black and white top. Now this was also a little more than I wanted to spend. However, it was in "like new" condition, and it fits me great if I do say so myself. :) So here it is: $5.49.

Vintage top. My favorite! Also fit well and I found it in the wrong spot. It was hiding with some kids' clothing! I paid: $3.66.

Abby Cadabby overalls: $4. Believe me when I say that Bekah hearts Abby. She watches (or at least asks to watch) her Abby DVD every. single. day. She cried when I had to take them off of her in the fitting room. haha!

Man, I love me some good deals!
Where do you like to bargain shop?

At it again!

Here are more recent pics of my sweet girl getting into her brother's things...

*sidenote: I caught her in the act on all of these but she wanted to pose for the picture once she saw the camera!

Where's Bekah?
Oh my... she's gotten so big!

And I couldn't post without sharing pics of both babies, so here is a cute one of Noah! I had put him on the floor to change R's diaper and I looked over to see him doing this:

He totally wrote something, too!
checkin out his art work!
And then.... well... he got a little hungry...
