Gift Registry

Jason's cousin Staci was sweet and thoughtful enough to recently offer to throw us a baby shower for Noah! So we finally got around to getting registered last week! Getting registered is always fun, but definitely exhausting and might even tend to provoke a few tiny disagreements between the husband and me. But in the end, it was a relief to get it done and Rebekah thought it was fun to look at everything and I can't wait to be around the family to celebrate at the shower next weekend!

Target is one of my favorite, favorite, places to shop - for everything! (They gave us TWO scanners, which was great, because we were able to be on different aisles at the same time...this was also not so great as some funny things ended up on the registry without me looking! Thankfully you can go online and edit your registry! =)

Babies R Us can be a bit overwhelming if you've never had a baby and you aren't sure where to start. There are SO many products and so many things that they tell you you HAVE to have! And it makes sense that you need so much. So needless to say, I am so glad that we knew more of what we were doing this time around! There was a lady helping us that gave us a sales pitch on everything and then proceeded to point out when we were done that we only had 38 items on our registry! We just smiled and were thankful to be done!
J couldn't believe I actually brought my camera with us! I'm glad he at least humored me a little.

They don't look related, do they?
These were at the end of the evening, around dinner for us and bedtime for Rebekah, so that's why my sweeties don't look too thrilled.
Of course, once we let Miss Independent sit all by herself in the big chair, she was a happy camper!
